Development of the mobile application and the tools enabling the management of the services provided by the company
Role: I was leading the Tech team, managing sprints, supervizing the developments, following up on each Software Engineer, organizing testing sessions, having regular meetings with the CPO and meetings at the COMEX, making presentations to share the Tech roadmap with the company, migrating from Bitbucket to GitHub, improving the CI/CD and cron jobs, deploying React applications to Vercel, refactoring significant parts of the codebase, configuring the projects and tooling properly, fixing bugs, adding features, migrating from a legacy MySQL database to a PostgreSQL one with a better structure, adding a Redis database for better performance, improving the monitoring, managing each user of the company in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, providing tools to non-Tech teams to smooth their operations…
