Development of backoffice to manage the company’s workflows and of the e-commerce platform
Role:
• set guidelines to improve the way to contribute,
• pair-program with Junior and Mid-senior Software Engineers to leverage their knowledge,
• lead technical interviews with candidates and review their work
• review most pull requests of the team,
• do many backlog refinements with the Head of Product,
• build a component library with Storybook using Atomic Design methodology
• build from scratch the new BtoB platform,
• integrate Bancontact as an online payment method for Belgian customers,
• handle back-office support,
• fix bugs,
• add features related to back-office workflows, promotional offers, bank imprint, contract signing, form validation, invoice export, machine learning integration…
Team: 8 people (1 CTO, 4 Software Engineers, 1 Data Scientist,1 Head of Product and 1 UI designer)
